Obtaining a Hunter Alumni “OneCard” ID Card

NOTE: Due to new campus security measures implemented in August 2010, all alumni access to Hunter College requires either a Hunter alumni ID card with a magnetic stripe, or Hunter’s new “OneCard” ID card.

Here’s how to obtain a “OneCard” if you do not already have a Hunter alumni ID card:

  • Obtain a visitor’s pass at the Visitors Center in the lobby of the West Building.
  • Visit the Office of Alumni Relations in Room 1314, East Building, where a staff member will enroll you in the OneCard system.
  • Pay a one-time fee of $10 by check or credit card to the Hunter College Foundation. (There is a $5 replacement fee if your OneCard is lost or stolen.)
  • Pick up your new card at the OneCard Office in Room 126, West Building. (OneCard Office Hours are: Monday and Thursday, 9:00 am – 6:30 pm; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm; Summer Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.)
